BURNING BORDERS ANNOUNCES CROSS CANADA TOUR DATES IN MARCH 2010

Burning Borders is one of Canada’s brightest up and comers and a dream come true for fans of modern rock. Mixing undeniably catchy melodies with sing-along choruses and heavy guitars, Burning Borders deliver an adrenaline-charged album of extremely well-crafted songs that's rarely seen from such a young band.
In the fall of 2009 the band did a very successful western province tour in support of their newly released sophomore album, “Yesterday’s Gone”, and are taking to the road repeatedly in 2010 to do the same, starting with the cross Canada tour in March.
Dates along the way include:
March 4th ~ Dicken’s, Calgary AB
March 5th ~ The Distrikt, Regina SK with Saskatchewan bands Heal the Myth and Hedged
March 6th ~ Dylan’s on Pembina, Winnipeg MB with Winnipeg bands Dry Run and Civil Disobedients
March 9th ~ The Mansion House, St Catharines ON, Thorny Bleeder Records Showcase
March 11th ~ Neutral Lounge, Toronto ON, Canadian Music Week Showcase
March 13th ~ Double Decker, Brandon MB
March 18th ~ The Taphouse, St Albert AB
March 19th ~ Rendezvous, Edmonton AB
March 20th ~ The Riverfront, Grindrod BC
More dates are TBA soon. Burning Borders will also be doing several “road warrior” dates through the summer months making the most of touring season.
Weaving radio friendly, pitch-perfect vocals with elements of metal and screamo into their sound, Burning Borders have torn down the boundaries that separate radio bands like Three Days Grace and Breaking Benjamin from metal acts like Pantera and Sevendust.” Burning Borders released the first single from the new album, “Sleep” in 2009 along with their debut music video, filmed at the Art Institute in Vancouver, BC.
