Brong Ahafo Cultural Association Scholarship Awards 2007

The scholarship award recipients with the Executives and love ones
For
the first time in the Brong Ahafo Cultural Association’s history,
a scholarship award program was announced. The following were the
first five students who were given scholarship awards of $300.00 each:
Ms. Evelyn Amponsah, Mr. Charles Sarpong, Mr. Daniel Ansu, Ms. Adwoa,
Appiah-Boateng and Ms. Elizabeth Forson.
The Awards ceremony was held at the annual Christmas Party of the
Association party that was seen as one of the largest Christmas party
in the community so far. According to the President of the
Association, Mr. Tuah, the scholarship will be extended to the Ghanaian
community at large in the near future. The awards were based on
the academic performances of the recipients. The Chairman of the
function was Mr. Michael Ansu of Onkat Travel and was attended by
dignitaries and a large number of community members.
